Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
